Ice cream is the food industry's one untouchable truth. It’s the ultimate menu piece to experiment with – to enhance, stimulate, and inspire using one creamy dessert. And what’s on offer now has changed our expectations of this childhood favourite. Somehow, ice cream just keeps getting better.
